Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai) may receive orders in 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.00. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49.00 is charged.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on our logistics partner's website.

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@infinitytextiles.in. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers.

With COD, you pay in cash when the books are delivered to your doorstep. COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 across most pincodes in India.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for books that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. The book must be in its original, unread condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

Email us at support@infinitytextiles.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the book. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Once we receive and verify the returned book, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are typically faster (1–3 days).

Yes, 100%. We source all our books directly from authorised publishers and distributors. We do not sell pirated, counterfeit, or unauthorised copies.
